Episode 10: Comparison Is the Diluter of Pleasure
You've heard me talk about the idea that comparison invalidates our suffering. And we've all also likely heard the phrase "comparison is the thief of all joy," but I have a different take on that phrase.
In this episode, we are going to explore how the act of comparing can dilute our pleasure.
Diluting out pleasure leads to sooo many things:
1) Difficulty losing weight
2) Coveting something we don't have (a new car)
3) Buyer's remorse
Comparison is natural. Find out how to harness the power within this episode.
